1. No Returns
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of nicotine products. This applies regardless of whether the products are fully sealed or unopened.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@snusnow.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
– We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, via your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. International Customers
You are responsible for understanding your country’s import laws and restrictions. We cannot offer refunds if your package is held, delayed, or rejected by customs.
